The farm is 220ha, calving 750 cows and milking through a 41ASHB. Pivot irrigated with a small amount of K-line.
The system is predominantly grass fed, with only a little supplement (max. 300kgDM/cow) used to push the round out in late summer to build cover. This cover is then used to achieve an all-grass autumn and spring as far as possible.
