The farm is 82 ha effective being two thirds flat and one third easy rolling contour. The farm carries around 250 cows with young stock grazed off. The farm enjoys a large 20 aside herringbone dairy with adjacent concrete feed pad and covered concrete feed storage bunker. Underground pipelines provide both effluent reticulation and fresh water irrigation for pastures and crops to more than a third of the farm.
The farm historically achieves 100,000 kgMS and is currently on target for this level of production.
The farm is located 2 km from primary schooling and 20 km from intermediate and secondary schooling and the town of Morrinsville.
