Milking 590 cows through a 44 aside shed with in shed feeding. Farm is producing over 1700kgMS/ha. We winter milk but try not to Autumn calve (only 30 cows in calf to Hereford in March), and instead carry any good empty cows through.
The successful applicant will work with the Sharemilker and 2IC, who has been on this farm for three seasons. The farm owner helps out from time to time as well
