Dairy Farm Manager - Sole Charge Role
- Must be an experienced manager or a 2IC ready for the next step into Management
- 250 cows - 24ASHB shed with ACRS
- excellent time management skills
- excellent animal health skills- detecting mastitis
- must have experience with calving cows & mating.
- pasture management experience
- able to multi task
- experience with driving machinery
- good communication skills
- have experience with entering herd details into MINDA - Calvings & mating
- have experience with farm reporting
- worked with farm Irrigator .
- small farm organisation with support during the busy periods.
- Days off 12days on & two days off.
- 3 bedroom farm house.
