Situated in the picturesque Pohangina Valley. Our farm offers a fantastic farming structure with multiple opportunities to succeed and progress yourself in the dairy industry. An updated 27 aside herringbone is provided with protrack, zigzag bars, new wash system and rubber matting. 430 cows are milked via split calving of 300 spring calving cows and 130 autumn calving cows. These are milked once a day all year. Our calf rearing facilities are greatly setup for ease of use and reduction in worker back injuries. A milkbar calfateria is used for feeding them and carting milk to and from the calf sheds. Irrigation is applied in the summer to 50ha of the farm via ezi-rain k lines. Hunting and fishing is on the door step with deer making a regular daily sighting through the farm. Well maintained motorbikes and tractors are used on farm with all our tractors being Massey Ferguson.
