MUST BE IN NEW ZEALAND. We are looking for experienced Farm Assistant to work on 850 cows farm with 54 bail rotary shed, ACR, in shed feeding, pro track. You will be working on rotational basis. Duties will be: • Milking: Assist running the milking shed efficiently while maintaining milk quality and shed hygiene. Assist with cleaning and maintaining the milking plant and farm dairy equipment and reports any faults to Contract milker. • Animals: Assists with moving and handling animals safely including newly calved cows and young calves. and observes and reports on wellbeing of all stock. Herd Manager We are looking for1 experienced Herd Managers to join our dairy farm team for the upcoming seasons. The farm operates a 54-bail rotary shed with Protrack and ACRs. The successful applicants must be in New Zealand and must have at least 1 years’ relevant dairy farming experience. The successful applicants must have a clear understanding of the daily operations of a dairy farm and must be responsible, reliable, and able to work as part of a team. Key duties and responsibilities include: Assisting with herd management, animal health monitoring, calving, mating, pasture allocation, and daily farm routines as directed by the Farm Manager.
