Tower Peak Station has 900ha of good flat terraces and 300ha of rolling to steep country. The farm has excellent infrastructure with central covered cattle yards, ample housing, automatic heifer weighing and drafting facility. Water is gravity fed from springs to a range of storage tanks and on to an extensive reticulation system with troughs in all paddocks.
Located 10 minutes from Manapouri, the gateway to Fiordland, Tower Peak Station has views over Lake Manapouri in the distance and tussock hills rise to the ranges behind it. There are endless opportunities for hunting, fishing, trekking and hiking.
