The Farm is a 197 ha with a total effective area of 175ha located in Kokatahi, West coast. The farm is 20 mins drive from Hokitika township. At peak production the farm milks 325 cows, all the cows are wintered on the farm including the youngstock.
Cows are milked through a 40 bale rotary shed with ACR and inshed feeding. All the cows are calved on the feed pad.
On farm accommodation is available which is a 2 room portacomm unit with heat pump, ideally suitable for a single person or a couple.
