This is a low input system 2 farm with flat to rolling to steep, 5 minutes from Waihi & 10 minutes from Waihi Beach. 510 cows are milked with 2 herds of 250-260 cows through 2 separate 20-22 aside herringbone sheds. The cows are milked TAD until Christmas/ early January where we then milk OAD for the rest of the season. Also on farm are 60 heifers & 60-70 calves on the farm with another 60-70 calves and heifers off farm.
