Ngati Awa Farm is currently a 360ha drystock (sheep and beef) pastoral farm in Whakatane / Ohope area. The farm is owned by Te Runanga O Ngati Awa, and managed by Ngati Awa Group Holdings Limited - the commercial arm of Ngati Awa.
An additional 130ha of pasture is scheduled to come on stream over the next 12 months, has resulted in the creation of this new position. The total farm size is 1,194ha with the balance of land in Conservation and Forestry plantings. The area is culturally significant to Ngati Awa and this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a unique and progressive farming operation.
