The property is located between Hamilton (25mins) and Raglan (15 mins)
The position is for 300 – 340 cows on approx 140Ha effective land. 30 HB shed. Feed pad and 4 bunkers for feed.
30Ha flats has the option to be fresh water irrigated via fixed sprinkler system, although this will need to be brought back online.
The land has flats and steeper parts, where the steepest parts of the farm have been planted in pine trees.
The long time dairy farm has been out of production for the last season, but we are working on bringing it back for the next season. In the past it has done 100 – 115k milk solids.
Water is provided via clean water bore.
