Turners farm is 82 hectares. It was converted from cropping in 2013/14 and was set up to be simple to run, centre race with a paddock either side, 36 aside herringbone with 16 ACR's, feedpad with flood wash system, using a batt-latch and light at the side to bring the cows in each milking. It has 2 concrete feed bunkers to store supplement. 12 minutes from Waipukurau.
Meadows:
205 hectares. This farm is close to the ranges so gets good rainfall through the winter and spring but is summer dry. It has a well set up herringbone shed, 44 cups, office, storage room and milk room; also vet race. Central race with short walking distance for cows.
