We are VOSM on Kingsway Hedley where we milk 620 cows through a 40 AS herringbone with protrack and in shed feeding. With a team of 4 staff we encourage a healthy team culture where everyone can be open. Hedley runs a system 2-3 using in shed feeding and making most of silage on farm, we also grow fodder beet on farm to feed in autumn and all cows stay on farm for winter. Irrigation is fully automated delivered via pivot or fixed pole sprinklers, effluent deliver via underslung pivot.
