425ha, of this 250ha is utilized as the milking platform and the rest is used for grazing of young stock and bulls. The land comprises of some rolling clay, majority is flat sandy loam and peat soils. The young stock and bulls are run by the on-farm owners on the balance of farm off the dairy platform.

Housing is of a high standard and includes 3 good houses with log burners, a Primary school just down the road, and a High school at Te Kauwhata or Huntly. Hamilton is about 25 mins away. Preferred no farm dogs around the stock.
