The farm has a very successful history but still provides an opportunity for a progressive farm manager to make his mark on performance. The farm is 100 % consolidated peat flats. One farm has a 40 bale rotary shed with cup removers and the other has a 30 bale rotary shed. There is in shed feeding systems in both sheds but a focus and passion on pasture management is a must. The farm has a modern machinery fleet and good infrastructure. All youngstock are grazed off at an internally owned runoff in Te Kuiti.
The scale of farm allows for potential full time or part time work for partners and extended family members.
