The farm milks 800 cows through a 44 aside herring bone with cup removers. The dairy platform is 270 hectares effective with another 80 hectares adjoining the milking platform utilised for calves, R2’s and dry cows. We utilise a varied system of twice-a-day and once-a-day milking regimes throughout the season with strategic use of supplement.
