Assistant manager role available. Farm set up: Two farms a total of 1000 cows. • Family farm with 100 years of proud dairy history • Great advancement opportunities inside the farming business • Three Kiwis, one Sri Lankin and one English make up the team • Training provided and paid for on farm and off (Primary ITO) • 7,2/7,2/7,3 roster • 10in7 milking so 30% less milking and a sleep in every second day and two in a row Saturday Sunday. • 5/6 staff members carrying on from this season into next • Young, motivated and passionate team, all we are missing is you. We offer and encourage Primary ITO training. With two farms there are lots of opportunity to be promoted through the business.
