This farm is 100 percent flat with two Fonterra supply numbers. 26 ASHB shed with feed pad running farm system 3-4 and the other 16 ASHB grass only farm system. Cow numbers in both sheds fluctuate depending on grass growth. Supplements include maize, PKE & Turnips.
We are proud to be self sufficient with our two runoffs used for winter grazing and growing supplements.
Contract milker will have to provide farm bikes/quad, calf trailer & quad fertilizer spreader.
Contract milker will have to employ minimum 2 full time staff + relief milker.
