We have great casual staff that lighten the load and allow us to create flexible rosters with early and late starts. Generally, we run a 12/2 roster but have used a 8/1, 3/2 through calving and are open to other options.
There is a great community around this farm with rugby club, schooling, pre schooling and town all within 10minutes of the gate.
