Beautiful steep and flats. The farm operates well with current staff and therefore the person needs to have current experience in dairy farming as we as a busy business can not afford to re-train people at this busy times.
Our Farm Manager has been with us for 10 years, he overseas the whole farm and attend to farm related matters and all the paper and book work. Our Herd Manager has been here 3 years. He is in charge of the management for the animals, and he needs a assistant Herd manager to assist him in his tasks. They are a father and son who work well together and this 3rd person needs to work well with them.
We have all the equipment needed to make our tasks easy and less time consuming. We have a 50bale rotary shed and this person needs to be confident on tractors with a current full license.
