Self contained 177 HA farm, milking 700 cows through a 54 bail rotary shed with in bail feeding. We have 5 full time team members and a 102 HA runoff 1.3 km down the road. Both blocks have spray irrigation . All young stock grazed on runoff farm. Farm is located 30 km south of Christchurch in Dunsandel. Primary school located in Dunsandel township 5 mins from farm and a bus to and from the gate to both Primary school and Ellesmere College (year 7-13)
