We are the custodians of this land which has been in the family for over 130 years. It runs from the fertile flats of the Northern Wairoa river up to rolling hills. It includes several blocks of protected QEII native bush. We have three support blocks totaling 108 ha on which we graze young/dry stock.
Our farm is located on a sealed road 13 km from Dargaville and 3.5 km from the nearest shop, school and playcentre.
We currently milk approximately 700 cows through a 50 bale rotary cowshed. The shed contains ACR's, Protrack, auto teat spray systems. We have a feed pad nearby and good vet race facilities. We were one of the first adopters of Halter in the district and love the efficiencies this brings with cow movements, mating and pasture management.
