The 167ha property is 17kms southwest of Putaruru. The contour consists of 50ha flat, 50ha rolling and 50ha steep; the remaining area is classified into races/buildings and fenced off steeper area or wetlands (SNA). The effluent system is a large sump pumped out to a travelling rain gun irrigator type with tractor accessed sand traps. The farm also has a range of other faculties/buildings which are all in good working condition.
