We can offer you training and support from our 4 full time staff to help learn our systems. We can be flexible with our roster as long as it meets both our needs, as we also have another calf rearer to create space for time off and sickness. We require an enthusiastic reliable person who is willing to take pride in rearing our calves from 860 cows, rearing around 240 replacements with the remainder reared to 4 days old. This is a full time casual position starting mid to late July through until early October, with the possibility of also including some relief milking if so desired. Relief milking will also be available throughout the remainder of the season if this interests you. The farm is located 10 minutes from Mayfield, 15 minutes from Methven and 20 minutes from Ashburton.
