Koroa Group milks 2,550 cows across three properties in the Waimak region. Our operation includes two 950-cow farms run under 50/50 sharemilking agreements and a 650-cow farm fully owned and operated by Koroa Group. We are not building average farms. We are building high-performance operations where standards matter, results count, and accountability is non-negotiable.
