My clients are progressive 50/50 sharemilkers, milking 480 quality crossbred cows on a flat 215ha farm 10 minutes from Pahiatua, a friendly, well-serviced town in the lower North Island. They are NZ Visa Accredited employers.   Their goal is to produce high quality milk in a sustainable and profitable grass based system. The farm is a split calving operation. The farm has excellent infrastructure, with a centrally located 50-bail rotary, ACR’s, Pro-Track, feed pad and several houses. Their ideal herd manager would be a team player (with a sense of humour!), who enjoys working hard and achieving top results. They would be working alongside my clients, and be supported with one other permanent staff member.
