My clients farm is located in the Horowhenua area complete with a 50 bale rotary cowshed and adjacent feed pad and feed bunkers. The farm has been operating as a split calving winter milk and higher input system with 600+ cows producing over 300,000kgMS but looking to down size a little in future but negotiable with the successful applicant. Soil type and fertility is very good and modern pasture species have been used during regrassing. There is a small block of 12ha irrigation. There is a runoff available to jointly lease with the farm owners.
