The farm is located at Wai-iti in North Taranaki, 30 minutes from New Plymouth. It is a 215 effective hectare milking platform with two nearby runoffs used for supplement and grazing. The herd size is 550 cows and approximately 180 are milked through a 22 aside hearing bone with protrack and in shed feeding and approximately 370 are milked through a 35 aside hearing bone with Protrack and in-shed feeding. This area really comes into its own during the summer months. There is a great beach for fishing and swimming and a café down the road which is open on weekends. The farm and runoffs are picturesque and there are plenty of places to explore during your time off.
