We’re on the lookout for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Longbush Farms. Located just 10 minutes from Tākaka, this farm milks approximately 850 cows through a 54-bail rotary shed, equipped with  GEA collars  Protrack  In-shed feeding  Automatic Cup Removers (ACRs) We’re after someone who enjoys all aspects of farming – not just milking cows. We do pretty much everything in-house, including fertiliser spreading, supplement making, tractor work and general farm maintenance. There’s plenty of variety for someone who enjoys getting stuck in and being involved in the wider farming operation. As our 2IC, you’ll work closely with the farm manager and take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the farm and supervision of staff in the manager’s absence. We’re looking for someone confident in making decisions, leading a team and keeping things running smoothly. What we’re looking for  Previous dairy farming experience and excellent stockmanship ...
