We are seeking an Assistant Manager for our Blythe farm. Located 15 minutes from Palmerston North in the Opiki area. The farm milks 740 cows through a herringbone cowshed. As part of a team of 4, you will support the manager lead the team to operate the farm. Chasing quality milk production from pasture, summer crop chicory is used and supplement over the feedpad through a mixer wagon sets a great base. We are seeking someone with 2-3 years experience, either in a 2IC role or with the skills suitable to step up. We are currently seeking a 2IC on our Blythe farm who has a passion for the dairy industry. Someone who takes pride in their work, has experience in pasture management, animal husbandry, compliance, people management, health and safety compliance and all-round great attitude.
