Our farm is close to Timaru and is set on 312Ha of flat to rolling land. We milk our herd of 1100 cows through a modern 60-bale-rotary. With our focus being on cow health and condition we have Alflex collars fitted to all off our cows so we can closely monitor these things. We are now on the hunt for  2 Dairy Farm Assistants  to come and join our team. Our ideal candidate would be someone who has great work ethic and attitude, the ability to listen and learn, be able to work well within a team and independently and a true desire to progress within the dairy industry these are all key things we will look at when we are considering our next farm assistant! We guarantee a minimum of 30 hours per week. On farm accommodation is a warm, tidy house which you will be sharing with one other person, sorry we do not allow dogs but cats are fine. We are a drug free farm and random drug testing may be carried out from time to time, you must also have a clean criminal record.
