We are seeking a motivated and experienced 2IC to support the contract milker and team in the daily operations of our low input dairy farm in North Canterbury. This position has a flexible start date from 1 April 2025 - 1 June 2025.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of NZ dairy farming practices, great leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the farm team to efficiently and sustainably achieve production goals.
This position is a 2IC position for the 2025/26 season, with intentions of growing the successful applicant into a managers position for the 2026/27 season.
We are not a visa accredited farm so are unable to accept applications from AEWV visa holders.
