We are looking for a new 2IC to start this season. 700 predominantly Friesian cows through a 60 a side hearing bone with auto drafting auto teat spraying  As 2IC you will be required to support the Farm Manager in leading their farming operation and will be responsible for supporting managerial activities and driving operational performance within their Team. Experience required: 5 years experience with some previous experience as assistant manager.
