We milk 800 cows through a 60-bale rotary with ECR, and we pride ourselves on a supportive, team-focused work environment. About the Role: As a Herd Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the herd, ensuring animal health, quality milk production, and pasture management. You will work alongside a dedicated team of 4.5 staff members on a roster system (8-2, 8-3) to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
