We have an opportunity for a motivated couple or farm assistants to join our team.
The role consists of milking 420 cows through a 36 ASH shed spring calving.
Farm is located 17 minutes west of Whangarei at Poroti, and is flat to gentil rolling contour.
The successful applicants will need to be self-motivated, work well in a team, trustworthy and honest, able to follow instructions.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Daily Milkings
Shed hygiene
Animal health
Weed control
Irrigation
Other general farm duties and tasks
Confident operating tractors and implements and 2 and 4 wheeler motorbikes
Basic farming experience is essential.
Applicants must be NZ residents or citizens and hold a clean driver's license and police record.
