We are a young Contract Milking couple looking for a Farm Assistant to join our team. You will be working alongside our 2IC, another Farm Assistant and the Contract Milking couple. This will be our first season (25/26) on this farm.   We have a young family so are very family orientated and know the importance of a good work/life balance. Let’s build a good strong team environment and make a good work place for us all.   We are looking for someone who is passionate about the Dairy Industry and has an eager attitude to learn and give new things a go. You MUST have at least 1 years experience working on a Dairy Farm and have the confidence and ability to be sole charge milking.  We value honesty, reliability, excellent time management skills, good stockman ship, willing attitude, good work ethics, enjoy working in a team and unsupervised when needed. You have a good sense of humour. You can follow instructions, can communicate well and not be afraid to ask for help....
