 This job would suit someone with good pasture management skills, as we operate a mainly pasture based system , supplements put in at crucial times. The ability to work on their own and make decisions  is a must . Having the ability to maintain the farms infrastructure is also and added requirement , although farm is at present is  neat and tidy. There are supportive owners nearby if needed and some reporting is necessary.
