Skill set and stock sense is massively important, and the ideal candidates must have a minimum of six months' experience on a large-scale NZ dairy farm and are proficient in milking at speed while maintaining exceptional milk quality. We have a great team culture, so it is imperative that we find the right people to complement the team. Key attributes include excellent communication skills, a strong passion for career advancement in dairy farming, honesty and reliability. Applicants must be proficient in riding a 2-wheel motorbike and possess at least a restricted driver’s licence.
