Set on 213ha of stunning countryside just a 15-minute drive to Hokitika, we milk our beautiful 250 cows through a 30 ASHB shed.   This is a beautiful place to live with so many good schools and amenities right on your doorstep and Lake Kaniere just a stone’s throw away for those of you who love water sports.  We currently have a great guy managing our farm, but he has decided that it is time for him to go and try something new as he’s not getting any younger and has been farming for most of his life.  That leaves us with a gap to fill, however, we have reached a similar decision ourselves and feel that it would be a good time for us to now employ someone on more of a contract or share milker basis, someone maybe who is looking to take that next step and invest in a smaller farm where they will have sole responsibility of the day to day running of the farm but know that the owner is not far away if they need assistance.   We do not intend to move away from the farm, just step...
