800-cow farm with modern infrastructure, cow house, drafting, collars and cup removers
Located 5 minutes from Kaitaia
Focus on animal welfare, sustainable farming, and team development
🧑🌾 Role Overview:
You’ll support the Farm Manager in the day-to-day running of the farm, taking on responsibility and leadership when needed. Key duties include:
Managing milking operations and staff
Animal health and pasture management
Record keeping and compliance
