Job Description Job purpose Support the smooth, safe and productive operation of a dairy farm through dependable animal care, milking routines, pasture management and general farm duties. Key responsibilities Assist with milking, animal handling and daily herd care. Monitor animal health and report concerns promptly. Help with pasture management, feeding, fencing and farm maintenance. Operate and care for farm equipment safely, following established procedures. Maintain clean, organised and compliant work areas. Skill requirements A practical, reliable approach and willingness to work outdoors in changing weather. Good observation skills and care when working with animals. Ability to follow instructions, work independently and contribute to a team. Physical fitness for active farm work and confidence to undertake the role. Experience is preferred but not necessary.
