We are looking for a farm assistant to begin in June 2025 on a dairy farm milking 440 cows through a 44 bail rotary shed with ACR, automatic drafting gate, ADF and a feed pad. The farm only spring calves and has pivot irrigation. The farm is situated 5 minutes from Feilding and 12 minutes from Palmerston North. The successful applicant will have a positive attitude and good fitness levels. You will have; - at least 6 months dairy experience or agricultural qualification, be able to ride a two wheel motorbike and drive a tractor - sound knowledge of pasture, feed and animal health, - have an understanding of general farm practices, - be a team-player with a commitment to working safely.
