Your day-to-day duties will include, but are not limited to: Milk Harvesting: Standard milking duties, including heat detection, mastitis monitoring, and identifying or trimming lame cows. Pasture Management: Setting up break fences and preparing paddocks for daily grazing allocation. Calving Duties: Safely picking up and handling newborn calves during the spring/autumn influx. Farm Maintenance: General weed spraying and property upkeep. Our farm is currently expanding, milking 600 cows this season with plans to increase the herd to 900 cows over the next two seasons. This property operates as a strict smoke, vape, alcohol, and drug-free environment. Please note that no outside animals are permitted anywhere on the farm or inside the residence.
