We are seeking an experienced and mechanically minded Operations Manager to join our Dynamic farm team. You will play a pivotal role in steering our 1,800-cow operation towards greater success, integrating modern farming techniques with traditional values of sustainability and quality, skilled in leadership and clear communication as staff recruitment and development will be a key part of the role. You will be supported by an involved contract milker and unit manager   The cows are milked through two automated rotary cowsheds (60 and 50 bail) Inshed feeding(60bail) cup removers, protrack drafting and cow manager herd monitoring.
