About the role:
Based at our Christchurch office and working with the Craigmore Farming team. As the Farming Analyst, you will work with the Performance and Sustainability Manager to support the GM Farming with analysis and insight across the farming businesses. Including, physical and financial performance and benchmarking.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Performance and Sustainability Manager you will:
Work with the farming team to support the delivery of Farming Strategy across areas of responsibility.
Be responsible for regular data collection and reporting processes, including but not limited to; farm performance, sustainability, ESG, financial, people and animals.
Work closely with the farming team to update the long-term performance projections for each farm on a quarterly basis.
Be responsible for the delivery of the Farming KPI and benchmarking data.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of the dairy sector from farm through to product export....
