We’re after a capable Dairy assistant to join our 1,000 cow operation in the Wairau Valley. You’ll be part of a team of 5–6, milking through a 50-bale rotary on a 5/2 roster. The role: – Animal health, mating and general herd management – Milking cows – Identifying and treating lameness and sickness – Plant hygiene & Routine maintenance — loading up and feeding out  — general farm jobs What you’ll need: – Minimum AgITO Level 3 (or equivalent experience) – Strong stock sense and attention to detail – Confident in the shed and basic animal treatments – Reliable, easygoing, and communicates well – Takes pride in doing the job properly Must be able to pass pre employment drug test. great location for lifestyle, with Hunting and fishing - 40 minutes to Blenheim
