Start date 1 June 2025 We are looking for a farm manager to manage our autumn calving farm of 320 cows targeting 155000 milk solids. We are looking for someone with the skills to manage both farms.  This person would be working with one staff member. This property work in a little with the neighboring spring calving farm. Must have skills: Excellent communication, People management, a strong understanding of a pasture-based system, management experience in NZ, plate metering, feed allocation and feed budgeting expertise.  The farm is flat on fertile heavy soils.  3km to Awanui and 12 to Kaitaia, the far north area is a great place to live especially if you like outdoors, beaches and diving/fishing.  We have high expectations of the farms performance, so we need someone who strives to get great results.
