Farm Manager or Contract milking position. This person would be responsible for the complete management of our 480 cow OAD farm with adjoining runoff. Previous management experience is a must including the ability to effectively manage other staff members in a positive way. We are absentee owners and meet with the farm manager for advice and support to allow the manager to deliver results but on a day to day level they must be able to operate the farm.
