  We are currently looking for a highly motivated person looking to progress to a 2IC role and join our team this coming season milking 1200 cows through a 54-bale rotary shed with ACRs. The farm is located 20 minutes North of Oamaru with bus stop at the gate for Primary and Secondary Schools. A fully fenced 3-bedroom family house is available for the right applicant. The farm is grass-based system, and having a good understanding of feed budgeting & pasture management to help implement the agreed farm management plan, is essential. Applicants must also have good animal health and husbandry skills, have high standards in shed hygiene practices, and must have the fundamentals working within farms best practices and environmental guidelines.
