We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our high performance dairy unit located in Clinton. We require someone with a very good understanding of the day to day running of efficient dairy farm. Ie. Protract Alflex cow collars Animal Heath Feeding silage Grass Management Excellent farm facilities, modern 60 bale rotary shed. Duties include milking, shifting irrigator, setting up break fences as well as general farm duties. Tractor experience a must. We require a motivated and honest person who enjoys farming and working in a team. We are not accredited employers so overseas applicants need not apply

The assistant Farm Manager will assist in the financial and physical performance of the farm.  They will display good stock and pasture management skills They will display good staff and time management skills They will have good machinery skills and an ability to instruct staff on those skills They will display good record keeping and industry compliance skills They will show a respect for and an ability to maintain the farm assets
